Any Claim resulting from received Consignment must be submitted within 24 hours to email:- including the delivery receipt / order number / FEDEX Tracking No. etc. and by indicating a legitimate reason for this action. Our Service Team will duly communicate with you within 24 hours during weekdays of Monday through to Friday.

For all returns, we urge you to keep all packaging fully intact. As soon as we have examined and perused your claim and same hereafter accepted by product will automatically be re-transacted to you. A Credit will not be issued if items are unsatisfactorily and / or partially discarded or consumed..


The Website accepts all major credit cards via direct banking payments or via our payments via PayPal-Facility.
